Our online application form has two parts to be completed by all applicants. Before starting the form, please ensure that you have read and understood the Conditions in our Conditions & Notes.
The first part of your application asks general questions about yourself, your disability, the course you wish to attend and the costs for which you are applying. The second part asks for information about your sources of income, including any welfare benefits or financial support you may have requested from your current or proposed college, university or training centre.
Please note that there is no option for you to save a partially completed on-line application. We recommend that you view our downloadable form initially, to ensure that you have all the necessary information to hand prior to completing the on-line application.
References
You will also be asked to supply the following five detailed references. These can be emailed or posted to us in order to complete your application form. If they are unavailable at the time of application, you should tell us when they are likely to arrive.
- A medical reference from your GP or consultant
- A personal reference from someone who has known you at least three years and is not related to you
- An academic reference from a tutor at your previous or current place of study
- Official confirmation of the study place for which you are applying
- Evidence of your requested costs from suppliers — of the equipment or human help etc.
