You can apply for a grant by completing our application form online or by downloading, printing and posting a form.
Please note that the form will include a section where we ask you personal details about yourself, your disability, the course you wish to attend, and the costs for which you are applying. We will also ask you about your sources of income and we expect you to supply five detailed references. See the following pages for more details.
All your information will remain confidential, but is circulated to our expert Selection panel who will review your application and advise our trustees if you have been successful or not. Please note that applications are not means tested (also described as non-income assessed). Your answers to financial questions are used only to enable our panel to make an accurate assessment of your individual application.
The closing date for applications is 31 May each year. Applications received after this date will, funds permitting, be considered at the Selection panel’s second meeting in October. Please note that incomplete applications will not be accepted.
